Just got off the phone with Burris, and was impressed enough with their level of service that I figured I'd share. I have an XTR II (bought used) that needed new flip up lens covers and a sunshade. I know I can buy Butler Creeks anywhere, but I prefer the stock Burris covers. I called with a credit card ready, simply to ask where I could purchase these items, as parts weren't listed on their website. All they asked for was an address, and said they were in the mail! Total time spent on phone, start to finish - 3 minutes.
