My prediction has begun to come true -step 1

Right now there is a federal law that says if you are shot with a Winchester gun, you can not sue Winchester. Step 1 --- that law will be rescinded. Step 2 ----- you can also sue the seller of the gun
Step 3 ---- --- also make a law that you can also sue the bullet manufacturer.( its only common sense) and finally Step 4 --- you can sue whoever sold the bullets.

Bingo -------- total gun control without ever having to touch the second amendment.

Makes sense. I'm in the trucking business. Last year a young lady lost control of her car with bald tires in the rain, bounced off the guardrail and back into one of my rigs. Her insurance paid for my trailer damage then she sued us, the trailer manufacturing and the truck leasing company. She will end up with a settlement. That is the way our insurance and legal systems work these days.

I don't agree with it all but what I agree with or don't hasn't seemed to amount to a hill of beans in a long time.

Well, I should get every Fireman and Law Enforcement officer I know to sue every car manufacturer that made the car someone died in. Also sue every dealer that sold them. And sue the state the certified the inspection. 100 to 1 the number of car wreck deaths I've seen versus firearm deaths.

Oh, we will also sue the company that built the phone the person was using during the wreck, and the store that sold it, and connected service to it. Also the cell provider.

I just want to go back to the 80's & 90's.
