Put up a cover on the north side of the house….Turned out pretty good for my first time…

This project started about seven years ago with a drawing….then three years ago I bought about half of the metal and set the three post bases….

Life is soooo much better working 2 miles from home vs. 200+!

So glad to see it's a carport. I was fearful you might have planted a tree that would end up causing problems for you.

Already have several of those that are fixing to get a good trimming. I’ve ordered a boom lift to be delivered in a couple weeks. Going to do some pruning and get rid of the remaining freeze damage from last year…

Looking real good! Think how long it took to build the darned pyramids! Hundreds of years and they had to feed and house all those construction workers! :-)

Wife and I roughly figured it up this morning….we have about 40 man hours plus 7 years in it….. banana2

This is already paid for…will be delivered in a couple weeks for use over the weekend ….and cost a whole lot less than four broken ribs….

Looking good up One of my favorite things to do is sit under a covered porch during a nice spring or summer rain.
