For the Wine Drinkers

For the Wine Drinkers - 12/21/20 11:32 PM

Years ago I made a bunch of these for Christmas presents. Even without a table saw, they are simple to make with a circular saw and hand drill.

The box is worth more than the wine if you call a board a box.

Won't most wine bottles stand up by themselves?

I did something similar a couple of years ago. Made mine out of some scrap oak and put a second piece on it because the scraps I had were a bit narrow and the holder was a bit unstable. Then my wife got out her craft paint brushes and added some nice decoration. I just might ransack my scrap pile to see if I can find a bit wider piece and try this one piece approach!
