Is it too late to plant these in north texas? Been too many years since Ive done it.

If you are using them for a green fertilizer crop then I would say it all depends on when you plan to plant your veggies. Some will say it is never too late to plant because of their nitrogen fixing qualities and that it will be beneficial to anything growing along side it.
