Thought I would share this here as well. I have always wanted one of these and after watching a few Youtube videos and gathering up a few pallets I was on my way. There are a few things I will change for the next one and hope to be able to sell a few here and there.

Here is what it started out as....






and here is the finished product. All I have left is to add the bottle opener and finish plumbing the drain. I might also add something to the front of it for decoration.

About 3. Just depends on the size and how many boards are useable.

Looks like a great job. You could test the market at some county fairs and trade days. There are other guys out there selling these. Pricing and availability would help. The ones I've seen with the metal hinge strap that replaces the plastic seem really nice. Down in CTX you will see these adorned with BU, UT and TAMU logos as well. You put a logo on it and you could almost double your price. Or custom made routered plaques for family, ranches names. Possibilities are endless.
