Yes, he has brow tines. He has 6 points. And yes, his hair is puffed up. He's very "basic".

Cool deer, a big main frame six is the top of my list as far as dream deer. Good luck hunting him

Fork horn would be a 4 point buck, that’s a 6 point he has brows.
