Bad luck!

Usually I find those in my tractor tires... frown

Where is the rest of the buck? Just how fast was he going to run him over? How far into the brush did he have to go after him to get him? grin

I got same tires, I put a peice of grease wood that big. I used three plugs and the ultra seal plugged it up nicely. I feel your pain though

There was corn left in the road feeder and Klappenbach went down by one of his feed pens to empty it. Must have been a fight by the pen the night before. I wanted to know why he ran over it.

Weird maybe, but not interesting. This is Klappenbach's Polaris, not mine. I don't think I would have one. Who would want one anyway? Klappenbach has a small, working ranch and he can justify his. Most can't. Noisy little things. Costly toys. Most people don't even need them, but like to profile in them.

Better a $100 atv tire than a $1k tractor tire.

Damn though, that was a pretty dang big deer so I'd like to the boy who broke him up!

Was out on an extended family members place a few years ago and stuck an 8pt shed through the side wall on a michilin 10 ply tire. We were going to change it but the owner said no thats too much work, we pulled the antler and plugged it and aired it back up. He drove it on the hwy 20 miles to a tire shop. We were all amazed it even held air at all.

I prefer my heated, cooled and quiet Chevrolet. Best thing I ever did was sell mine and build a hunting truck.
