Young Buck Wound

Young Buck Wound - 12/17/20 06:40 PM

This young fella has a pretty bad neck wound. Thinking a missed shot due damage and depth. Anyone think different like fence or fight wound ? He is actually doing fine and wound is healing up nice based on later pics from cam, he is fairly frequent to feeder. We will see how he does over the next couple years if he stays on the right side of the fences.

Zoomed photo of photo so not real clear.

Likely from an arrow or bullet from bad shot placement

Yep...it is either a "clean miss" or a "clean DRT kill shot".
