I'd say a whitetail deer in the shade of a tree based on the pic. Not a very good one FWIW.

This looks like a walking bobwhite quail to me????

Shadows causing an optical allusion, or a maze eating white tailed big horn ram WAPATI.

It's a dang whitetail deer eating corn.

It's a combination of a tree behind him and shadows from the tree in front of him. I had to enlarge the pic to figure it out.

See MikeC's explanation. I couldn't figure out WTF I was seeing in the picture. Optical illusion; you no longer have to spend time figuring it out.

In between his forehead and horns looks all wrong, almost like his skull is split. As said previously, maybe it’s an optical illusion with the light and shadows.

I guess im blind i dont see an optical allusion, just a deer with some shadows.

At first glance it looked like a Desert Bighorn.
