I hunt in the Omaha Tx / Mt Pleasant Tx area.
any recommendations in that area for deer and hog processing?

Savage Processing in Hooks, mile marker 218 or 219 I-30 eastbound has been my processor for 6 years, nothing fancy but well pleased with their work.
