I let this buck walk a couple of times as I was after a bigger one (that I didn’t get). Glad he made it through the season. He should be a heck of a low fence buck next year.

They don't get old being stupid.
Hope he slips up next season and you get a shot at him.
Great buck! He looks old enough that depending on conditions he may not jump much next year.

I always have a few that I am hoping make it through the season and it is always a game to see which ones make it. This year, my number one "let live" made it (at least from the hunters), as I got pictures from my rifle blind of him last weekend.
