That deer clears ARs by 1.5-2", not even close. He's also a 5.0 yo or slightly more if you were wondering. If you like him, I wouldn't hesitate on taking him down.
Hard to tell the way the buck is standing but looks to be a 3 or 4 yr old and more 4. The choice to shoot is yours.

Depends on where in the state he is, on places I'm familiar with he's 3 maybe 4.
Appears to be over 13" old.
I don't know why folks ask " would you shoot ".
