I would for a big mule deer or 170+ whitetail
I wouldn’t go even if it was guaranteed safe for a average buck

Got a buddy with a great 12,000 acre lease in Mexico, lots of 150-160+ bucks, 6 guns hunting it. He asks me every year to join but I'm just a little too spooked to. I hunted Mexico a lot up until 2010, never any issues. Just don't see the point in risking it, even though I think the risk is low. He's been hunting Mexico for 24 years straight with no issues.

I hunted in Mex years back for 7-8 years, It’s always been bad.
If I had time and didn’t have to listen to my wife complain about huntin in Mex I’d be Hunting somewhere down the pipeline. It was some of the most fun I had hunting.
