Injured?

Do you think he was injured and that’s why he has a weak side or it something genetic?

I will guess genetic.Same width and height and he looks very healthy.

Is he about to get a drop tine on the weak side?

Injury of some sort since the main-beam on that one side is turned up more than the other side. you can see an acorn type injury on that main-beam area also. Can you see his hooves in any photos?

Without knowing what he was last year, I would let him walk on my place. But if you like him shoot him this year.
I had been watching a buck here that was a 2 or 3 yr old smaller 8pt that damaged one antlerside badly the next year. Made it split into 2 beams and other side has some damage also. He made it till the next year and turned into a main frame 10pt with a small kicker on one G2. Really nice buck for this area.

We would shoot him on our place...but would be a really nice one if he was left to make it another year and it was just an injury
