MLD Harvest Option tags question

I know the tags issued under the Harvest Option are automated. My question is what kind of buck tags are issued with this option? Are they all “any buck”or are there some for “unbranch only” or “spike only?”

Any bucks. Good option for some and not good others. Our place would get 3 bucks and 6 does. We take on average 3 bucks and 2 does so no benefit. I think the doe count is too much many places. We are 1 deer to 20 acres easily. Lots of open ag land makes a difference. Honestly think we should take only 2 bucks a year but we have 5 deer hunters. Typical deer lease in Texas...
