Does during late muzzleloading season in Hunt county? - 01/06/19 11:01 PM

In hunt count y we have 4 "doe days" at Thanksgiving other than that we are stuck with bucks only and AR restrictions. In reading the regulation pertaining to late muzzleloading season, it appears that does and bucks are legal to take. Anyone on here know for sure? I guess I need to call our local game warden

Check with the warden but probably not allowed to take does. Says antlerless only available Nov 22 to Nov 25. Otherwise you need to be on MLDP.

Checked with the game warden for Hunt county today. He said anything that was legal to hunt during the four "doe days" at Thanksgiving is legal in late muzzleloader season. Bottom line, Bucks and does legal to hunt.

I just talked to the warden and he said youth season is coming and they can kill one. But adults can only harvest during the 4 day season. I talked to Benny Richards

You mean can't shoot doe for youth. Since Hunt has the special doe days end of Nov. youth cannot shoot antlerless during youth season.

Scroll down to youth season. Hunt county is special so no doe during youth.

i was looking in my book last night since the format was changed up
this year. on the page before county listings start,at the bottom it
said more or less that does were legal during muzzleloader only
unless stated otherwise on the specific county listing
