uneaten corn - 12/10/18 02:40 PM
All three feeders have corn under and around the feeders that's been building up for the last 3 or so months. Want to get rid of it. Even left fence open for the hogs to eat it up. Nothing yet seems to want it. How do you guys clean the corn up around feeders that's been sitting there wasting and spoiling? Going to empty feeders out during off season to clean out the 55 gallons drums. What do you clean with?
Thanks.

Shovel and wheel barrow. Dump it near hog sign and take care of business.
When we clean out our feeders we just push everything out the bottom, scrape any spoiled corn or pellets out with a flat head and start over.

Just leave it on the ground and spread it around...something will eat it or it will decompose. My deer/hogs/rabbits/coons/birds must be a lot hungrier than yours. Even in high acorn years my critters clean up every kernel.
