Great shot! I've heard some say taking head shots on deer is unethical, but if you are confident in your and your guns ability what's unethical about it?

It’s a very small target with little margin for error. Deer move their heads a lot, a small movement as you’re firing leads to a deer missing a jaw and dying a miserable death.
