Thanks for the input we try our best to get them to 6 and I thought he was 5

I was leaning more towards five than 6. A little bit long nosed and no character points to speak of like we usually start seeing at 6. Seems like he should have a little more mass for his tine length as well.

Very nice buck there, guestimating about 5-5.5. At 6 and older they show the hind quarters lower than the front quarters

Looks like he has been a buzzzy boy chasing girls. Just my two cents, but I doubt another year will make him much bigger antler wise. I guess what I'm getting at is do ya'll want a long tined eight point in your herd. Some folks like um, some don't...
