Kentucky opener... - 11/11/17 03:08 PM

Opening morning here in Kentucky, 20 degrees at daybreak, rut is wide open, leaves are off the trees, beautiful morning. Ive seen 7 does and 2 not shooter bucks. I sat here taking great pleasure watching the deer do their thing. The freezer is already full with 4 bow kills this year. So its nice to sit back, sip a cup and reflect on the last 43 opening mornings in the bluegrass.

Where are you located? I'm in Kentucky visiting my parents this weekend. My first ever bow kill was here in KY.
