I could have taken him out this last weekend but didn't want to waste my hunt in hopes my trophy would show up. He's definitely on the hit list.

Nope. Higher end bucks will be in the 120's. Average is around 110 I would say. I have only seen one buck on camera that would have went 140 but he disappeared and never saw him again or anything like him. At least that is what I have seen hunting northern Coke and southern Nolan counties with no food plots or protein.

They won't make it that long. Average at our place is 3-5 with only a few making it to 6+. I try not to shoot 3 year olds but most of the time they disappear never to be seen again. I start looking at my trophies at 4 years old.

It's an old cedar tree that had been cut down. I had never noticed that in the pics until everyone started mentioning it grin
