The articles I've seen about it only mention whitetail deer.

Epizootic hemorrhagic disease has been found in some domestic ruminants and many species of deer including white-tailed deer, mule deer, and pronghorn antelope.[4]

Yes. It affects all species of deer. And it's also exponentially more devastating than cwd. But not worthy of any attention at all.
