I don't know what to do with myself. Everything is packed and ready, just have to throw it all in the truck and go.
Who else is already completely ready to go this weekend?

A new gun? A license? You guys are so ill-prepared

I have my gun, but I may go pick up a new .223 for my son to use....Not something that I really need at the time but I cant stop thinking about hunting stuff right now.

I've dreamt about what I needed. Narrowed down the gun selection. Will be making the list of items needed. Most of my gear is already at the lease. But will need to pack for food. But yes this is really all I've thought about for the past month.

Not much to do besides walk out to the blind and get comfortable. It's already loaded up with water and snacks.

No hurry, grew out of that eons ago.

I need to wash my clothes from last weekend, but other than that I'm ready. All three rifles are sighted, 90% of my gear is already there, just have to load my butt in the truck (and don't forget the CPAP this weekend) and head out.

Truck is mostly loaded except for the cooler and clothes. Leaving out early afternoon tomorrow after a half-days work. Chomping at the bit!

I'm pretty lost soul right now. I can't decide whether to deer hunt or get in a duck blind. I think I've changed my mind 5 times a day every day this week.

I just got to load the dog, everything else is there. I can't decide if I'm leaving this afternoon or in the morning.

Its like waiting for Christmas to come at this point. Will finish packing tonight and be ready to head out after work tomorrow. Just need to stop for food. Should be at the cabin by 11:00pm. Will fall asleep just when the alarm goes off to get up.

I"m so ready to get out of this office. I've got everything organized and 90% packed. By tomorrow all I will have to do is load up the cooler, throw everything in the truck, and sit in the d@!# Austin traffic trying to get the heck out of town.

SCP, I envy you, I want fall asleep at at, just lay there with my eyes staring at the clock going "is is time to get up yet, and then of course I will get up an hour earlier than I have to...Just part of the fun.

I will get the Polaris 850 loaded in the back of the truck tonight and have all of the guns out of the safe and in cases this evening. Cloths, ammo, bino's, rangefinder etc are already packed. Once I get off I will go by the house to put the rest in the truck, pick up the wife, kids and dog, then head out! I cannot wait

I'll be headed to Eastland out of Houston at 430 am. I HATE traffic so I'm avoiding all of it. Well I guess I may run into some as I attempt to avoid Waco traffic

-Wash clothes
-Pack clothes
-Load hunting backpacks, clothing duffels, and guns/ammo in truck.

Hunting box and cooler are ready to go.

As someone mentioned, Christmas comes early for some in November.

Clothes are washed, packed and repacked. Backpack has been repacked three times. Truck is packed except for guns. Speaking of guns, I'm only taking 5. Leaving tomorrow at noon. The waiting is friggin' killing me........

gotta shoot the rifle a few times and im ready...wont be in the stand till sunday though

I guess I'll get my feeder going tomorrow.
