Stephens County pics or updates anybody?SW of Breckenridge - 10/30/15 03:25 AM

Hey, does anyone have any updates or good Bucks that they are keeping on eye on on the lease or property owned?

My Partner and I have a lease about 9 miles SW of Breckenridge and have not been out in a long while.

We do keep the feeder full and have a game cam out there that is working to my knowledge - just been working too much!

We are going hunting the 14th and 15th of november

Thanks,

I am on a lease 15 miles SE of Breckenridge and like you have not been out there in a couple months. I am going out there Saturday morning and have 3 game cams going so hopefully I can post some pictures Sunday.

Bring your mud boots when you come. Make sure you have a 4x4 of some kind, and a winch. 4.5" last weekend and so far 1.5" today with more rain coming mid week.

finely some rain, I've had an oat patch that has been sitting in dust for 3 weeks. Maybe this will kick them off, better late than never.

Mine was in dust too till this week. The 4.5" we received last weekend kicked off all the fields. I know we're over 2" for today and with the ground still soaked from last weeks rain there is A LOT of standing and running water.

I believe my sig picture shows that I have a 4x4 of some kind. My Silverado 2500 is a 4x4 of another kind.

Good luck with that. Better bring a horse too, if you have one of those. Ended up with 2.3".

Drove the Rhino through an area we call "The Swamp" with 10"-12" of standing water up to the floorboard.....no problem.
Did slip and slide a little driving in from the gate to camp.

Went out to my property last Wednesday and my pond that nearly went dry had come up to being 1/4 from being full. I guess 4inches had some insane runoff.
Hope this last saturdays rains had some good run off as well and filled it up.
Cant wait to pull the cards and head to my stand Saturday.

everyone be safe
