Got a new lease in the comanche county area and was not sure when the rut gets heavy down there. Old lease was in freeman and it started at the first of Nov. Any ideas?
Usually peaks around the 13th-17th, but it can vary some.
I'm next door to you in mills all my bucks are still together.

Opening weekend of gun the bucks will be cruising. Full blown rut should be around Thanksgiving.
Peak for me in northern Mills is 1st week of November. Last year I videoed two different bucks breeding on 11/3 and 11/7. It has been the exact same for the past 20 years of me hunting in Mills and Hamilton/Bosque county line.

I hunt Bosque each year and they rut into beginning of Dec. Rattling works great at all times but this is a large unpressured ranch.
