She Wears Purple Camo : Daughter's First Deer!!!!!!!!! - 10/26/13 05:05 PM

My 7 year old connected with her first doe this morning. Talk about a proud papa and an excited little girl. She has been practicing this week and I knew she was ready. Shot was about 50 yards with N.E. single shot .223. Doe ran about 60 yards and crashed. She is absolutely hooked now. Already wanting to go again this evening. She wants daddy to make her a coat out of the skin. That should be interesting hammer

Awesome! I have a 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son that will be going hunting for the first time...

awesome. My kids wanted rugs with their first deer. It took a while to get them back from the tanner, but they love them.
