Will lease your deer camp for Spring Turkey

My wife and I would like to get a good spring turkey lease for the entire season. Willing to sublease a deer lease if you do not turkey hunt the camp. Ethical and honest hunters needing a good place to turkey hunt. Camp house is a plus but not needed.
