I just finished this up and want to take out tonight for its first run. Any suggestions as to what else I should add to it to make the perfect hog gunning platform?

I’d highly suggest some slicker tires, I’m pretty sure that will get you right where you need to be.. Laying on your side before you get up enough speed to kill yourself, I feel confident the pigs will be completely safe unless one happens to trip over it while laying on its side
