I only run it so if it ever goes in for motor related warranty its 1 less thing to accuse me of.

Two gas Mules and run Wix filters and Castrol GTX 20w50.
2001 Mule 550 4x2 w/2200 hours and a 2005 Mule 3010 4x4 w/1805 hours.
I also run Castrol GTX 20W50 in my trucks, cars, lawn mowers, generators, off and on road bikes, etc.
Use Rotella in diesel trucks and tractors.
Schaeffers MicroMoly 20W50 and Wix filters on SBC dirt race engines running gas and Methanol.
I've seen quite a few Fram oil filters collapse and cause problems on race engines with high volume/pressure oil pumps.

Well darn...I have a 2005 mule 3010 with only 350 hours and I just had the oil changed last week. I guess I wasted my money.

Mr. T. I would consider that oil change as cheap maintenance insurance.

I use 5w-40 Rotella T-6 synthetic, it has JASO-MA certification.
We have 4 Pro FTX in service on the ranch now and service as follows with NO issues.
Clean air filter every 75hrs
Oil change with Castrol Edge 10w40 every 150hrs
New oil and air filters every 150hrs
We've run some of our Pro FTX over 3k hrs before trade in with no engine related issues.
