This vehicle has a grease fitting on the drive train that runs form the transmission to the front wheels. The grease fitting is located under the fuel tank. I cannot figure out how to grease it without removing or at least loosening the mounting bolts on the fuel tank. Can anyone help with this issue.

You need to check the drive train. On the 4010 it goes about half way and changes directions slightly with a bearing and grease fitting. the 2010 the fitting was behind the seat. the 4010 has mounted the fuel tank behind the seat instead of beside the seat. this has used the room for the fitting etc.

What really sucks the owners manual says nothing about it.

a Lot of Kawasaki manuals fail to mention grease zerks.. I found 2 on my 2001 Mule for the steering that I know I haven't greased at all.
