Trailer tire mounting?

The general consensous seemed to be that this was a good trailer tire a while back so.. I ordered a set of them. Does anybody work around a tire machine and wheel balancer? I'd rather give someone I know the money than a random tire shop.

Random tire shop told me $20, we will see.

Tire lube and a sledge hammer. Throw in some ceramic tire beads for balancing and never worry about them again
