Go ahead and get a 16ft trailer, I had a 14ft single axle for mine and there was no more room for anything else physically or weight. Sold it and bought a 16ft tandem.

I can't, it has to fit in the garage.. HoA

I wish I had a corner lot so I could slide the trailer in the back yard.

12' dual axle trailers are pretty nice and alot more stable feeling, I'd get one of those over a single axle any day.

The dual axle trailers are nicer for towing, but have the drawback of being considerably more difficult to maneuver by hand. If you have to wiggle it into the garage, you might find yourself frustrated in trying. Get the 6.5x12, and you can put the Ranger to one side, and put coolers and stuff on the other.

A heads up either way, if you buy a Big Tex with a bi-fold gate, the gate will eventually fold up on you when you're loading. The steel they use for the middle hinge on the tailgate is way, way too thin. I've got a 6.5x12 with that gate, and just had to cut out the two tubes at the middle hinge and replace them with something thicker, and that was from just loading a RZR. I also added a couple more hinges to the new tubes to help distribute the load. They would have replaced the tailgate under warranty, but it seems they're satisfied selling a 3000 pound rated trailer with a tail gate that won't support 1000 pounds.

I carry mine on a 14ft single axle. Best money I spent. I have several tandem axle 16 to 18 footers but they are just too much trailer.

I still have room for coolers and a deer feeder. No need to have too much trl.

If it were not for the HOA/garage situation I'd definitely go with a 16' dual axle. Mine has heavier axles so I can load it down. I have a place south of you and its a bit of a haul. I often have a bunch of stuff to take and that leaves enough room to load coolers/trunks, feed or whatever front and back. Have had 3 trailer flats over the years and was very glad for the second axle. Also may need to haul a tractor out to your land sometime like I have. A decent sized one with an implement barely fits on a 16'.

Will it fit in the garage on the trailer?

Seems to me it would be to tall to fit in a standard garage door.

I do have a 16' that I use occasionally when I need to haul more stuff to the lease.

No, it will not fit in the garage on the trailer, now it MIGHT fit if I load it onto the trailer as I am backing the trailer in after it is already in.. heh..but it is about 4 inches too tall while ON the trailer.

What I am going to do is clean out the garage and have the trailer on one side and the Polaris on the other. That should fit once I move my shelves from the garage to the shed in the back.

I think a 12 ft single axle might be the ticket as well as I would hate to have to move that thing around by hand with a dual, but I would probably want to see if I can upgrade the springs a little.

That thing is a beast!!! We use the same ATV except w stainless dog crates onthe back. We use it for running around the ranch and hunting quail. No matter how rough the terrain or how thick the cacti, I feel safe in the Polaris. Nice score. I think it's the best ATV available.

Sold the 10ft trailer and bought a new tandem axle 12 ft trailer. I still have a lot of cleaning in the garage, but it fit!

Once I pick up some floor jacks and move a lot of ice chests and such to the back yard shed, I will have walking room again...I also had to drive the Ranger in crooked since the wife's car was in the way :P

So where are you moving her car TO?

lol.. we never park in the garage.. that is my room :P she was just right in front of that spot, but outside. :P
