No idea, showed up this weekend and saw it 10 foot from the drive way. Wasn’t there three weeks ago.

Shame.

Their numbers are on the decline....that's for sure.


We never see one in Deep East Texas anymore. Been 25-30 yrs since I've seen one here. Variety of reasons for that.

TPWD has a program where they are trying to revive the population...but I expect it will be about as successful as the Turkey Restocking venture was (which is to say not VERY).

Saw one in Brady in June at the rifle range.
