Yes sir I am lucky to have a diversified crew. 2 great painter/finish guys. One is an excellent fabricator as well. My dirt guys have decades of experience as well. This helps us stay busy and for these big vacation properties a one stop shop. I have a list of subs as well for real specialty stuff.

Would be perfect but the ladies could not wear heels due to the wood slats used for the floor in the other section. It used to be a train depot

The Breed Hardware building has been vacant for years. Also the old Katy Station restaurant building has been sitting forever. Had quite a few steaks at Texas Reds.

Yep.. loved their Prime Rib..... friends of ours owned it and both my daughters worked there The ole Breed Building is pretty neat

Texas Red and thier strip was always good. Those NM people knews how to bring it. Farmers Gin twernt bad before them.

Wife and I knew the owners also. Our kids were all in a carpool to school in New Braunfels for while. I’d pick up my son there after work. He’d be sitting at the bar working on homework.
