Lil man’s first buck! What a week!

Lil Eli has had a week! He’s been watching big brother hammer down the last few years and he’s been begging for his opportunity. Tuesday he made a great shot on a nice doe at 75 yds and yesterday he shot his first buck at 125 yds! Buck was an old brute that tipped the scales at 195 lbs. He’s hooked and has asked me 18487474 times when we’re going back! I may be done being the trigger man but I’m completely ok with that! lil man turned 7 in September.

My little one just turned 7 as well... he isnt ready shooting wise but says he wants to go hunting, but he has the same missing tooth grin your boy has. Good work dad.

Haha, that's funny you say that... the boy has no shortage of confidence and is center of attention wherever he goes! I never know what he's gonna say or do but it's guaranteed he will be making people laugh!
