Success on the Pitchfork

I was lucky to connect on a great buck on Halloween afternoon with about 5 minutes of shooting light remaining. The buck has some cool character. His velvet didn’t fully fall off so he has this hard black coating in different parts of his antlers. Field dressed 165!

That's a nice one. Bow kill? or MLD on the Pitch. Even alone you can take some field pics. I was alone on my archery buck and took the time to position the buck and I got down on the ground to take several different angled pics. Nice deer and I like the horns and its old character. Congrats
