Another Barndominium for another THF member - 09/09/21 11:20 PM

Poured foundation today, steel will go up next week. If we can assist anyone else, please PM me. I have been blessed to have built many houses for THF members along with may other projects. THF members have been the best customers.

Yes I’d love to see pics if the owner is ok with it

Looks nice. My biggest pet peeve is when a concrete contractor doesn't use chairs. It's nice to see those chairs!!!

Good eye Sir. I have trained my crew to do it the right way. Plus, the foundation inspector also does a good of hammering them on it also.

Looks great, sir. May hit you up in the not too distant future as we think more and more about transitioning into retirement. Do you get into the Panhandle any?

The biggest lie told in concrete construction is that they will lift the rebar, or wire, while they spread it. I've seen pictures of them doing this at first, and then the mud starts to flow and nobody has any time to pretend anymore. The rebar, or wire, gets walked on and pushed to the bottom of the mud, where it's worthless.

Chairs are cheap, easy to install and critical to a quality job.

I'm looking forward to more pictures of your work.

After the foundation has cured and cables are fully stressed. The big boy toys come out and the steel is going up. First rafter is set. Going to be a nice Barndominium for another great THF customer. God is good.
