Dumb Asses - 05/14/21 10:19 PM

97 degrees at 1000 in the morning here at Parker AZ. That ain’t enough shade, but they don’t seem to mind. Fun to look at, and saw about 30 this morning!

You can adopt one of those asses. 'Whole system in place. Great thing to do - nice to have a spare one.

God those things are noisy. I got busted by one bow hunting in the Hill Country one time. Caught me walking in to the stand, and followed me to the tree that I climbed up in. Damn thing stood there and heee haaaawed at me the entire freakin' hunt, LOUD! No, I didn't see any deer that hunt.

Just wild burros, family groups have large and small. Some really little ones, that are cute as heck. We really need an effective way to manage both these and wild horses both, but lovers will never allow lethal reductions (which is what’s needed).

In the 70's ranchers shot them on site when they saw them.Dang burrows would paw at a dam until they got running water instead of going around and drinking from a pond or body of water.Destroyed a lot of stored water for livestock for just being stupid.
