Bucks like this typically have damage to their testicles. There is a name for this "class" of bucks, but I am failing here.

That weekend we saw 7 bucks total and only 2 were still in velvet.

Cactus Buck? I was wondering if it was a doe at first. I saw a deer south of Big Lake one time, bedded in a ditch next to the highway, still in velvet and that was in November. Wonder if that one was a doe as well.
