Yep, this is always a good solution. Especially when they get comfortable IN the attic. Gotta wait for them to come out.
Few things more annoying than a mouthy rodent.
I have a few mouthy squirrels. They will just sit there and fuss at you when they could easily just go somewhere else.
My daughter's dog treed one in a newly planted (probably 3" in diameter) oak tree in the back yard. The dog was going nuts. After a few minutes of chattering and barking the dog decided it was going to eat through the base of the tree to get the squirrel down. Although I was enjoying the show, I had to stop the dog in order to save the tree.
