Oh, someone thinks very highly of themselves. Read the f'ing question closer AND notice the OP's response. Seriously doubt you knew it was inflatable...genius.

this was in the middle of nowheresville. Still trying to figure it out. The coast of the concrete aprons, the bladders, the mile and a half of electrical lines, the 3,000 SF building, the mile plus long road and more comes with this thing.
In addition, you gotta watch which way you shoot at the turtles.

Interesting, I wonder how sturdy and permanent it is? How common? Costly? Private property? Never heard of. Of course, the things ive never heard of astounds me.

Are they trying to create an impressive "grotto" by their house for dinner guests? 'Been there with a neighbor that interrupted the flow for a year. (He was a surgeon.)

owned and controlled by, who else, the government. It's a pretty serious set of improvements. Not sure why though.

Maybe its a test sight to evaluate if a 223 is enough gun to shoot turtles but not bust the bubble.....
And then, of course, is a 300mag too much gun for the same scenario.....

I have heard of these being used to prevent or slow the progression of an invasive species from moving upstream. No idea if thats what this one is there for though.
Step by step...............

Very interesting.
I know that air bags can be very, very strong and are used to lift up ships and many other things so I'm guessing it is likely made of a little stronger material than a latex condom.

Interesting to say the least. Wonder what would happen to it during a flood if a T Post with some barbwire poked it hard?
