FIRST CRAPPIE TRIP OF THE YEAR

All the creeks are blown out from the rain so we hooked up Dads boat to try and find some main lake fish. We had our jigs in the water 10 seconds and we were both hooked up. Caught 90-100 total and kept a 2 man limit. Some still had eggs but most did not. Great way to start the Crappie season!!!

Great catch. I ate a lot of crappie as a kid. Once I started eating saltwater fish I don't care for freshwater fish anymore.

As far as what lake it is, I would rather not say. It’s a DFW lake though.
