Cutters and a few extras

We put the hammer down on a hog with some Boone and Crockett cutters this weekend.




Also introduced a buddy's new puppy to the ranch



And spent some time staring up at the lights.



Hard to beat a weekend like that.

Mike, I took this picture of the Mason County courthouse on my way back down to San Antonio. So sad to see such a beautiful, historic building in ruin.

It is, indeed, a tragic loss. The courthouse is 2 blocks from our home, and to say the least, we were stunned. When we heard about it, we drove down to see if it were really true, and there were flames engulfing the entire top half of the structure. And what's really sad, is that it appears that the fire was started by a young guy who was born and raised in Mason, and who had a beef with the court system.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I set up my camera on a tripod and use a long exposure to gather all that light. This one was a 15 second exposure at f2.8/ISO 3200
