Been a really bad fall till some rains the last 3 weeks. Finally got the oats up and growing which is helping a little. Freezes got the browse, no acorns but corn and free choice protein helped a lot. I am surprised they are in this good of body condition considering how dry it is.

Great pics as always. Really appreciate you posting. Off topic question. Im trying to pm a pic and email too and im unable to do it. I think its cause its too high mega pixels but im sure yours are real high also. Im not too tech savvy so probably easy fix but I dont know it.

Yes it is due to a couple of factors I believe. The 100-400mm was purchased in 2003 and has had 1000's of photos taken with it. The 500mm was purchased in 2008 and has had 1000's of photos taken with it also. The 100-400mm is a 4.5-5.6 IS lens and the 500mm is a 4.0 IS lens. Being a 4.0 lens takes better pics in my situation. I would think a new lens today in either would take better pics than either one of my dinosaurs would in my hands.
