Uvalde county buck

Got invited to hunt my nephews FIL place in Uvalde Texas. It was a special hunt in the fact that this was the first time my nephew was watching and I was holding the gun. Had a few 8 point bucks running around and finally this 8 walked out following a doe. We were limited to just one hunt and we decided this was the one with daylight running out.

Hey is this nephew Captain Clint, the guide down in Corpus? If so is he guiding hunts now? I would like to see closer pic of that gun looks interesting. Oh nice deer also. Congrats

Yes its Captain Clint. He is doing deer hunts also this year. The gun is A custom Mauser by CG Haenel in 9.3x62 with octagon barrel shoots like a dream. No close up pics of the gun itself
