My first exotic

Hunted near Rocksprings, TX this past weekend with my husband and some friends. We had an amazing time and I harvested this beautiful scimitar horned oryx. All low fence, spot and stalk. Excited to try the meat... I've been told it is amazing!

That's a good looking one. They make great mounts and the meat is the best I've had.
