He has been hunting every chance he's got since youth wknd. Ive made him hold off waiting on a buck every hunt and could tell he was starting to get discouraged watching deer walk off. Finally this morning I gave him the green light and he did great. I'm super proud of him...

Happy for your son and even more for you letting him shoot one.
If you kept holding him off he may have lost interest in hunting at all.

Young guys need to make it happen, it's the first stage of being a hunter.
