Let him breed or you won't have any more like him.
I'd let him have his way with the doe's.... THEN take him!
Kill him this year..cause he won't look like that next year I bet.
I hunted 80 acres for a very long time and passed on quite a few bucks that most on here would have shot in a heart beat!
I did that because most were not fully mature or in another year be something really special, also hoping they would pass on their genetics .
Only once very early in the morning did I see and have an easy shot at one that was a true bruiser and the only reason I passed was because my daughter was going to hunt with me that afternoon and next morning, we did see the buck that afternoon at last light daughter could not get the shot off in time and we never saw him again.
Moral of the story, if that buck is something special to you shoot it for you may never see it again
