Man that is really cool. So it was built in 1915? You going to throw it a 105th birthday party on October 9? Gotta be some kind of cool way for a pistol to blow out over 100 candles on a cake.
Sure would be neat to know the ownership history on it.
You are going to shoot it right?

I have been to the Savage Plant several times. They have a mini Savage Museum in the front of the office area. It is amazing how many different products were made by Savage over the years. Everything from washing machines to push mowers and lots of firearms. Savage made the first .22 rimfire as well. A great old company.
